To steam cod fish, you can use this special sauce and with sesame oil. Nice!! :) Wait for the water to boil first before adding the fish in so that the water from steam will not dilute the sauce.

Recipe of meat stew mix

Just learnt how to make meat stew mix from my MIL today! In case I forget, I better jot down what are the ingredients.. which are pretty simple:

1) Sugar
2) a few cloves of garlic
3) Dark Soy sauce
4) Light Soy sauce

Mix them. Add in water. Add in the slices of pork belly and hard boil eggs and just let it stew.
