Sweet and Sour Pork

This is the sweet and sour pork cooked by my confinement lady. Yum! :)

Ingredients:

Plain flour
Egg
Salt 

Wash meat, put salt and marinate. Mix plain flour and water, sticky. Put in egg and a bit of salt. put in meat after mixture is formed. Fry it. Put tomato sauce
