Brands Essence Chicken

Brands Essence chicken... Super easy like 1 - 2 -3!!! Super good too!!!
*A recipe from a Mummy support group… Modified a little*

Ingredients:
1. 4 drumstick
2. 1.5 tbs hua diao wine
3. 1.5 tbs wolfberries
4. 10-1 seedless red dates
5. 3-4 slice of ginger
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. Chicken Essence *I used brands*

1. Marinate chicken with everything *xcept chicken essence* for about an hour…

2. Pour in 2 bottles of Chicken essence

3. Cook in high heat for 5min… Then, stew in low heat for 15min *cover with lid*… DONE!
