Beef with sauce

 Tried out this stir fry beef with this sauce, nice!

Minced beef and cabbage rice

Yay, just tried out this simple dish. Pretty easy. I marinated beef with balsamic vinegar for half a day.

I fried garlic, cabage, crabmeat and beaf together, adding in a bit of oyster sauce.

When rice is half cooked, I poured and mix everything into the rice cooker.

Yumz and simple!

Beef with Hoisin Sauce

Used this recipe as a reference.

It tasted good! I changed it a little. I marinated the (meant for stir frying) beef in the morning using corn flour, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. During cooking, I used olive oil, added in ginger and onion before the meat and added the Hoisin sauce. Hoisin Sauce is like sweet sauce. My first time using since we had this.

A number of Chinese cuisine dishes such as spring rolls, popiah, bbq pork use the sauce. Especially common in Cantonese cuisine.
